International Resort World, LLC (IRW) is a for sale by owner and for rent by owner marketing and advertising company. IRW uses various marketing techniques to bring buyers, renters, and sellers together, and offers a service to timeshare owners who wish to rent or sell their timeshare properties.

Advertising and Marketing fees are due upon activation of services by International Resort World. Owners have a right to a refund of the advertising fee if they provide written notice to:

Written notice must be sent within ten (10) business days upon receipt of confirmation from IRW. Confirmation will be sent to the customer after payment is submitted and a signed contract is received. Property will be listed within 72 hours of voice recorded payment authorization and verification.

This agreement does not constitute a guarantee or promise of sale or rental. The initial advertising term shall be one hundred eighty (180) days from the effective date of this agreement. Total advertising terms shall not exceed two (2) one hundred eighty (180) day cycles or three hundred and sixty (360) days total. Any extension of advertising must be requested by the Owner in writing prior to the expiration of the applicable advertising period. This agreement will be considered fully fulfilled after both advertising terms. This applies only to the same property and the same Owner.

International Resort World, LLC does not provide or engage in real estate broker services. Because International Resort World does not provide real estate services, International Resort World has itself sold zero (0) timeshare properties. Additionally, International Resort World clients have offline sales generated by offers directly to the owner; International Resort World is unaware of the exact percentage of offers to sales.

International Resort World has no knowledge regarding the average success rate of listings to sales because International Resort World is not involved in any negotiations relative to the sale, rental, closing, or procurement of buyers of timeshare interests.

Any offers submitted by prospective buyers utilizing International Resort World’s advertising will be promptly forwarded to the timeshare owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the timeshare owner can choose to handle the transaction on his/her own or retain an independent broker/closing company. If an owner chooses to retain a broker/closing agent, there may be fees associated with the rental/sale that International Resort World has no control over.

International Resort World, LLC is NOT affiliated with any timeshare resort, RCI, Interval International, or any other outside entities. International Resort World is an independent for sale by owner marketing company.
